National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — gas subsidy failed

I linked my aadhar with sbi & axis bank but my bharatgas subsidy is not transferred in my axis bank account due to reason showing aadhar is not active. I attached a screen shot also for reference. My aadhar no. Is[protected] and my axis bank account no. Is [protected]. Branch fatehabad axis bank. Please resolve the problem. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com. Thanks.
