[Resolved] National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — My fastag is showing black listed with Having Rs. 1083

My vehicle no is HR29AN0858. My fasttag was issued by hdfc in 2018 but now it is showing blacklisted. I have requested to hdfc to deactivate my hdfc fast tag and tag has been deactivated. But when I crossed toll plaza's my vehicle number is showing blacklisted. I have contacted many times 1033 they are saying your account is showing minimum balance. What should i do? Hdfc said your fast tag deactivated and NHAI, NPCI said your tag is showing low balance. I am trying to purchase new fasttag from PAYTM but from paytm one msg was reflected as "vehicle blacklisted by NPCI"

Kindly rectify and do the needful so I can cross plaza hassle-free.

Consumer Complaints not resolved issue they just foreword issue to concern department and think so, might be conern department will resolve my issue.
