[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — non receipt of lpg subsidy due to inactive of aadhar no. with bank account

The HPCL customer support has informed as under : "DBTL CCE 01 (dbtlcce01) - 18/11/2018 01:42 PM Dear HPCL Customer, Your LPG subsidy transfer to bank has failed with reason Payment Failed Aadhaar Number Inactive Meaning that your Bank a/c is not linked with Aadhaar. Kindly relink Aadhaar with your desired Active saving bank a/c & have a confirmation from bank regarding updation of your Aadhaar number at NPCI. Once your Aadhar is linked with NPCI, Failed subsidy will be re-triggered. Check Aadhaar linking status with bank https://www.uidai.gov.in/ As a interim measure we request you to submit bank a/c details in the “Unified PAHAL (DBTL) Joining Form” with LPG distributor.
