Mohanram mobile no.[protected]. Gas subsidy from oct. 2017 is not credited to my account. The complaint to ministry of petroleum is pending. Pl check & credit the subsidy early

Hi,
I closed my Hdfc bank account which was recently opened but, now I want my GAS subsidy in my previous bank i.e. in SBI account.
I approach bank but they say it is NPCI control, gas dealer saying NPCI will check your latest account and on that account they send subsidy.
I don't want to open a new account.
