National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — not getting the gas subsidy amount

I koteswara rao ravi having consumer no 689353 with ratna agencies, h p gas, i was not received my received my subsidy 2 times. I was allready complained to h p gas customer care they replied that your subsidy payment is on hold due to aadhaar inactive in npci so go to your bank and and submit your aadhaar xerox copy while i went to my bank they will say your aadhaar card is all ready linked to your account, then i asked about link to my gas subsidy payment, they replied that is not our duity it willbe done by gas distributor. Now what is next step.

Aadhaar not submitted to npci
So please seeded my aadhaar no[protected] to my gas i d[protected].
