National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Payment done on 6/10/18 but still not refunded or paid | |||
# I Gourango Aich have sent an amount of rupees 4186.56 through BHIM/upi ([protected]@upi) SBI (account Number – [protected]) to wbsedcl (Con Id:[protected] on 02/10/2018(gateway – wbsedcl.[protected]@hdfcbank). Amount has debited from my account but still neither wbsedcl received the amount nor credited to my account. # Transaction reference number is[protected] on 2nd October, 2018, time 03.23.11. # I have contacted with wbsedcl. Wbsedcl replied that, they didn't accept the payment due to that was not posted in proper time. For that bill desk refunded the amount to bank as per bill desks reply. But still my account not credited. # I mailed to bill desk they replied that they refunded the amount to the bank (We have checked the transaction details and find that the payment via transaction reference number NHD[protected] for Rs.4186.56 has already been initiated and sent to bank for refund as on Oct 06, 2018). # I have been suffering for last 3 years for this payment. I have tried a lot, and all documents is in my hand. # Requesting to your good office please arrange the refund along with up to date interest and applicable penalty amount.
