National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — payment made by tez app didn't reach beneficiary

Sir,
I made transaction of rs. 50 to another account of my friend through tez app, my account of dbs bank was debited with rs.50, but my friend didn't get money. Status in tez app is showing failed. When contacted with tez customer care thry said make complaint with npci.
Kindly look into this matter...
