National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — payment not credited to receiver account

On 7 th of jan i had transferred 14000 rs from google pay [protected]@okhdfcbank to state bank of india account no. [protected] firstly showed the txn processing so i wait for 3 days after three days it's showing successful but still amount is not credited not my sender account or nor receiver account so where is my money today 20 days is completed but still amount is not credited.. Upi Transaction ID[protected] please check problem
