[Resolved] National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Payment of EB bill by BBPS - payment failed but no refund | |
I paid my electricity bill ₹2079 to TANGEDCO TNEB through bbps.online sbi. The transaction failed at the last minute but money was debited from my account. Bank Transaction Reference : IGALEAMKM5 BBPS Transaction no : SB[protected] Transaction Date :[protected] Transaction Amount : ₹2079 I contacted State Bank of India - they are telling that money was transacted and asking me to contact the merchant. In TNEB, I am unable to find any details regarding the transaction Now, the money is stuck in BBPS. I could see the transaction details on BBPS but when I try to raise a complaint it's showing that there was no transaction found. There is not even a contact number to contact them. Please suggest me a way as there is no way to raise a complaint. It's bad how consumers are losing they're money because of some server problems of these financial institutions.
