Mera name-naba kumar ghosh hai. Mainey biras munni tirkey ka bank of india a/c [protected] pe rs10000 veja tha. Lekin unka last digit galat tha phir vi mera a/c se paisa ten thousand cut liya hai bhim app ka madhyam se on 23.08.2018

Jab nam our a/c no match nehi tha phir vi paisa keise transfer huya. Our unka pass nehi geya hai. Issiliye

Please refund my ten thousand rupees as soon as possible.

I am a naba kumar ghosh i made a transection of rs 10000 on 23.08.2018 to bank of india via bhim app.
But it fails and ten thousand rupees deducted from my account of state bank of india.
I raise a complaint via bhim app but got no response.
I also call the customer care. Please solve the problem refund my money as soon as possible.
