This is to bring to your notice that i had recharged my jio number through bhim app. The amount of 349 is been deducted from my account but unfortunately my phone is npt recharged so i spoke to the jiocustomer care executive. Only after which i came to know that the money is not credited to jio but is still with indiaideas. I kindly request you to refund my money. Details are given below
