National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — regarding my fund transfer issue of 50k through bhim upi qr code | |||
Dear sir ma'am I have transferred rs 50k to beneficiary but amount neither credited to beneficiary nor returned to me till date since transaction was made on 13th january 2019. Balance deducted from the hdfc bank and not yet credited to beneficiary axis bank. This was done through bhim upi qr code having idfc bank name in its upi qr code address. Now no bank taking responsibility of this fund transfer issue and i am in financial crisis. Idfc bank told me that payment may be lying with npci. So kindly suggest further course of action. I have all the proofs of this fund transfer including upi transaction no. Kindly help to resolve urgently as i am struggling since long and now in financial crisis.
