National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — subsidy not received from december 2016 to december 2018

I have not reced any gas cylinder subsidy from last 25 months since december 2016 to December 2018. I have complained for it to the Gas Agency, but my complaint have not been resolved. Please Take a look in this matter and take necessary action in this regard. Also u have requested to send my subsidy for 25 months. i have linked my aadhar with gas agency and bank account.
