I paid 452 rupees for TSSPDCL electricity bill payment in paytm through ICICI net banking (upi) payment has failed. Amount of Rs.452 deducted from my account. but refund not received till now.i spoke to ICICI bank customer care they told successful transferred to beneficiary account.and I spoke to paytm they told order has failed no amount received for this transaction.
