National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Upi translation is successful but money not credit beneficiary account related query

I have done a transaction on 12/04/2021 of 3, 050.00.
This transition was done using phonepe app and between Citibank to Paytm merchant bank.

Transaction details are provided in the attached snap.

The beneficiary always said that he has not received the money.

My request is to check if whether the beneficiary received money or if there is a problem refund money in my Citibank account.
