[Resolved]  National Pension System Trust — unable to make payment for enps, therefore can't generate pran

My acknowledgement number is 11080129 and the acknowledgement date is 15/02/2020.
When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after some time."
I am getting this message for the last 10 hours.
Please look through the issue as soon as possible.
