National Travels — Bus broke down: no alternate arrangement

Now after 3-3.5 h of juggling, we are getting sms that bus is cancelled due to breakdown, without alternate arrangement at 7.20pm

National travels, Bangalore to chennai 3.45 pm bus on 10th July, worst bus service ever, bus broke down, infact they were aware with the problem of their bus but still planned to put it on road. It was dragging all the way from madiwala and just stopped within 30 min from starting. Stranded for 3 h on the road, mechanic came after 2.5 h, no alternate arrangements. Employees of national travels just giving us different numbers to call saying its not their responsibility. No information with the drivers. Disgusting travels and service. Then after 3-3.5 h of juggling, we are getting sms that bus is cancelled due to breakdown, without alternate arrangement at 7.20pm.
