Nattashi — wrong product provided | |||||
I had placed a order for 1 gown a few days back to nattashi.in I received my order on 8th august 2018 when i received my order no.38948 through blue dart courier on cod basis, i was surprised to see that instead of 1 gown i have received 1 sari of very poor quality. The courier boy refused to take it back stating that it is the responsibility of the shipper to dispatch correct order. Please take immediate action and initiate a refund. I have ordered 1 western dress of rs 599...when I got my delivery n I opened d package. .I got a duppatta of green colour..this is so disappointing now I want my money back as soon as possible...my western dress was brown colour..I got no ph.no of d company. ..Nattashi direct contact is not possible. ...even d deliver boy refused to do anything.

I had booked 1 gown from nattashi.in order no40655 through cod. I received my item on 6th aug at 11.30 am hrs n paid him 699 rs. When i opened my package i found wrong and very cheap quality was send to me instead of gown . Immediately i went to the site for refund but there was return option not working.

I received my order on 28th august 2018 when i received my order no49894 through DIGITAL ENTERPRISE EXPRESS courier on cod basis, i was surprised to see that instead of 1 FORMAL SHIRT i have received 3-4 Duppattas of very poor quality. The courier boy refused to take it back stating that it is the responsibility of the shipper to dispatch correct order. Please take immediate action and initiate a refund.
