I have place an order (Order no-43912) for stitched kurti. But they have send unstiched damaged material. I tried to contact them through the mail i'd they are provided in their web site. But there is no response even after continuous remainders. After filling the return format, i received the message that, refund will be processes in 10 days. But no response even after 25 days.

I have ordered one kurti but received a piece of cloth along with small piece of damaged duptta which is completed damaged. I have filled refund form twice but no action from company's side.
I must say complete fraud company.

I know form filling and all are just formalities to show that we will listen but no action will be taken by them

Received wrong order of Kurtis worth rs 1996 and my order no. Is 46493 and I have sent return request so many times but no response this is bogus company I want to get my money back
