Nattashi.in — wrong product delivered with wrong name put in the inner part of the packet... cleverly cheated .. money mongers

They delivered wrong item. I mailed then in the adress provided. Tried to contact the customer care number couldn't access it . The didn't yet initiate the return process and refund for the same. Inspire of raising the complaint no action has been taken.
I didnt prior Google it's reviews . Now I see it's a fake app. Or they are some scrupulous people cheating on us and having our money .

They cleverly packed the wrong item with someone else's name written on it and then repacked with my name written on it . This can only be done if they gave done it on purpose
