Naturals Unisex Salon — hair smoothening | |||
I had a smoothening at naturals salon, before doing smoothening my hair was healthy and good but was coloured. After smoothening my hair got completely damaged also the hair is falling a lot. When i asked for the solution they are telling that my hair is damaged due to hair colouring and they are also known in advance this will happen after smoothening but still they went ahead and did smoothening just for money. Now they are not ready to make any treatment to us. Please help!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm complaining about the service I have got it done in naturals salon habsiguda branch..I have undergone eyebrows n upperlip n lower lip threading..they did very rashly n skin got damaged near my upper lip..very harsh service she did..though I was telling her to do very slowly..but she did very vigorously..

During weekends and other days as well their are not accepting any appointments. Customer service is very bad and really feeling very bad on their service. I dnt faced this kind of service before in Natulals outlets.
