Naturals Unisex Salon — refusal to accept the membership card | |||
Bad experience at naturals tirunelveli branch . me and my cousin had visited the naturals at tirunelveli branch. moment we entered we informed that we have the membership card with us and we are not carrying the same as we are coming from chennai .we can provide you all the details of the card .first they assisted us with the services. Later when we had to pay the bill they refused to listen to us and help us with card details .Ms Vijayshree and other who seemed to be the owner of the franchise seemed to be hardly bothered . We never have faced such issues in chennai . By giving franchise to such people we end up facing such scenarios and it also spoils the brand image of Naturals. Also only in insisting i got my back massage which is suppose to be part of my gold facial package .there is no set standards. We visited both the branches here . The new one in big bazaar informed us they do not even have system to check and hence we went to the other branch . hope you rectify and put systems in place if you have to give the franchise. Hai, I'm Ajay.R from Tuticorin ( south Tamil Nadu ). For past 5 years im regular customer on Naturals Pearl grooming service, Landmark- Near Alwin hotel . But today I felt very depressed (FEB-21). I regularly renewed my membership. Previous renewed at (NOV-20) .Though they told me to renew again. I have every transaction proof. Bad experience labour attitude and behavior, Money minded manager. I have each and every membership renewal proof. This needs to be sorted immidiately.
