Naturals Unisex Salon — untrained staff and billing problem | |||||
I went to a naturals salon to get a layer cut. The woman who was cutting my hair did not even apply conditioner during the wash. And after cutting my hair, even after requesting a blow dry, since i'm paying for it, she refused and said the layer cut would be more visible if she didn't blow dry it. After this, during billing, the amount to be paid was 1065 rs. I said i had a membership card and gave her my phone number but she said that she had already billed it and i had to pay. Every single time i visit a naturals salon, there is a problem with the billing and i'm always charged extra. I'm highly unsatisfied with the service provided. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My complain is on services! ! There is no proper service done to me they have damaged my skin while doing threading please improve the service !!

We left our bag near the reception by the time we come back to pay d fee our money was lost but we payed the bil n when we asked for camera dey are responding rudely n very worst experience!
