Naukri Aim Infotech Pvt Ltd — payment not received

On 28/06/2019, i was making online payment for videocon d2h recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. On 29/06/2019 i received msg from videocon d2h saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 250/- vide reference no. Igaglqyxu4. I regularly used pay from the videocon d2h site and yesterday also i opened same site and started making payment. How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert.

How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert.

On 15th of December I recharged Rs 230 by net banking but the amount gone to Naukri Aim Infotech Pvt Ltd.
Last 4 digit of account No: 7752, State Bank Of India.
I request to credit back the above amount to my account.

On 16/04/2020 i tried to recharge the videocon dth account through my online sbi banking and the amount of rs 250/- was debited from my account and reference number IGAMAPBZ2 was provided to me but recharge was unsuccessful. so kindly revert the amount in my account .

in furtherance of earlier complaint i am attaching the confirmation of payment and reference number provided to me .please expedite the process of revert back ..

I have recharged my videocon d2h id 70849247 with amount 270/- one time and 268.80/- amount again in same day on 17.09.2020 but both amounts are not showing in my d2h account.
I have recharged but can't watch TV.

So, It is requested to kindly refund the both amount in same account.

I attached my bank statement copy for your reference.

I have recharged my videocon d2h id 70849247 with amount 270/- vide ref no 11127552113 IGAJ KOYTE1 one time and 268.80/- vide ref no 11127585973 IGAJ KOZHN5 amount again in same day on 17.09.2020 but both amounts are not showing in my d2h ACCOUNT and credit in your account
I have recharged but can't watch TV.

So, It is requested to kindly refund the both amount in same account.
