Naukri.com — Double account money deduction & none return of excess amount

I have paid the amount to services avail by naukri but the some of error happens & payment paid but acknowledge is not received so paid twice the amount. still 8 days completed but still amount is not return to my account. Mr. Chirag & Mr. Moin khan who is working executive. where as still i am doing continuous follow to return my amount.
