[Resolved] Naukri.com — money got deducted from bank account but vendor denying it | |||
Hi team, In order to avail naukri.com's fast forward services. I received a call from naukri.com executive on 18th feb around 3.15 pm ist. He provided a link over mail to make a payment. As i initiated the online netbanking payment of rs 2250 from hdfc bank after i entered the otp the transaction got failed. So the agent again provided second upi payment link, this time it was successful. And as per procedure they activated the service. I reached out to hdfc bank for this this failed transaction they also denied help, saying that the transaction is successful at banks end and provided me the transaction reference number. And naukri.com is saying that at their end only one transaction (Upi) is successful. Requesting your help to find out where he money gone? Was this information helpful? | |||
