Sir/madam, I have received call from [protected] saying that calling from naukri.com. I know that naukri.com does not charge any money for service but they told me this is a premium service so their will be registration charges of rs. 2500 to generate reference id. After paying this amount on 9th april 2019 i got call from +[protected] and [protected] for the interview. They have told me that i have to deposit rs 4700 for document verification which will be refundable at the time of interview. I have deposited that amount on 10th april 2019. Again i got the call that you have to deposit rs 7500 for account proceeding and it will be refunded immediately after deposition. I have given this amount in two transactions of rs 5000 and rs 2500 on 10th and 11th april 2019. After this i have called them about refunding of amount they have told me you have deposited less amount your profile will be processed if you deposit rs 8500 more and whole amount of rs 16000 will be refunded within 5 minutes of that. This scenario of them is going to fraud. So today on 11th april 2019 i am filing this complaint. The money which i have transferred in the account given by them and also my documents they have been mailed to them on follows: Email: [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com Account holder name: neelam Account no: [protected] Ifsc: kkbk0004583 Bank: kotak mahindra Kindly look into the matter and take action whichever is applicable. I know naukri.com will say this is not our official emails and numbers butfraudd consultants usually access our cvs from job portals. Why these job portals does not verify these type of employers for giving them information of so many students. Apr 11, 2019 Updated by kanu16 In regard to above complaint I have received call from [protected] on 11th april 2019 that he is Rajveer Singh (key account manager) we are from consumer complaint and have resolved your complaint and account of the fraudulent company has been freezed. To get refund of your money send the proof of transaction and ID. They have also send me some fake complaint number from server sms. And also email from them that your Paid amount sum of Rupees 14, 700/-INR. As per our Company Term & conditions. We have to create one legal agreement which will be a chargeable 18% of your paid amount sum of Rupees 2646 /-INR. After that we send you one copy of that agreement and one To there bank where you have Deposited the amount So our Request is to pay the Amount of 2646/-INR . We give you the Assurance to provide you Refund in 48to72Hrs. Total amount you will Get 17, 346/-INR. I have told them that I will do inquiry regarding this and only pay money if you come out to be right. But after search on internet I have found them fraud. Then he told me if I do not transact the money, he will close my complaint and you cannot proceed further. I also have some verbal fight with them on telephone and messages. The email ID from which I got mails is: [protected]@cyberservices.com. First of all in my above complaint on your portal I have not mentioned my any contact detail so how they have got my email ID, this is only possible if they are very high level hacker which is not possible or somebody internally leaked the contact information. My only question for you is that why not you check the recruiter information before you give the candidate information to them. Firstly from your side only the the whole detail of your user goes to the recruiter then why the only blame is given to the student that you have to check the recruiter is fake or real.
