Naukri.com — naukri fast forward paid service.. worst

Hi, i have opted for paid fastforward from naukri in may 2019. It has been 3 months now, but so far i have not got any calls for interview even though they have worked on resume too. They took around 1 month for resume writing service which is pathetic, they don't know how to write resume, they just provide a template and with bullets and boxes but never cared about my actual job description.

Expecting that their paid services are better i invested huge amount for their service.

I informed them many a times that i am not getting any relevant job offers as per my qualifications and experience since the service has started. I am working as a senior executive but getting recommendations of avp or vp levels which is senseless. But writing to these emails have given no results. All that they will say is there is no guarantee of a job even after a seeker goes for their paid service.

Once money get transferred in their account they are not at all bothered about escalations.

At the end i feel cheated with this service. Kindly don't invest in such pathetic service. Linkedin is better option. I got many offers through linkedin and joined one of the good company now.
