[Resolved]  Naukri.com — Not sending OTP for changing of password

Dear Naukri Team, This for your kind information, that with my several time attempt for log in I failed to do so. Then I opted for password change process in which there is a provision of sending OTP number to my registered mail id but I found it was false process bcz I have not rcvd any mail on OTP for following the process of password change.

in my naukri there is asking otp code, but i dont know what is otp, please resolve it

Hi Naukri Team,

I forgot my registered naukri email id and i remember my username is mvkumar.

When i tried to change password it is asking OTP But i didn't get any otp to my E-Mail.

Kindly help me on this.

My Account is not on naukri.com but when i registered in it says Already registered email and when i try to login then it says this email id is not in our records so, what can i do my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I have also try forget password but password reset link or OTP has not receive in my mail id. Please help ASAP.
