[Resolved] Naukri.com — refund of amount

Sir,
I am a Radiographer and registered with naukri.com on 02.05.18 for a job in UK.Next day I received a call and was asked to pay a total of 30109 rupees towards various services which I paid the same day.Later I decided to cancel my account and asked them for a refund the same day (02.05.18).They told me it would be done within 45 days but I have'nt received the cash until today.I sent them an e mail on 05.07.18 but not received any response also.I had received a call from some one called Shakeel who said he's the MD in June asking me to e mail them after June 30 because of some departmental work.I request you to solve the issue immediately or else I will be forced to take legal action against them.

Updated by Rubina Ahamed They are not even answering my calls since last month.I hope you cancel their license to work as they are fraudsters making lakhs of rupees through fake calls.

Updated by Rubina Ahamed How pathetic this is..because it was a group of 2 or 3 persons who said their office was in Goa and called me.One girl named jyothi was the one who did my registration and made me pay ..in the website.her number is [protected].The other person is Shakeel MD of naukri.com.His mobile is [protected].
