[Resolved] Naukri.com — talking rudely and shouting

I got a call from the number [protected].its name Anjali and she is speaking from naukri.com She started talking rudely when i told her that i was not interested in the job offer because money is requied before interview that I would have to pay him a certain amount of refundable charge for generating reference number, after which the telephonic interview would be arranged... And she started shouting and disconnect the call. I want you to take this into consideration immediately. There is no reason for her to talk to me in such a way and how do you think people will react to such staff.
