Naukri.com — unauthorized net banking charges | |
1. They told me that they refund the subscription amount because you are not satisfied with naukri.com. 2. I thought that it's a fake call. 3. But they asked to open refundnaukri.com which looks same as naukri.com 4. Then i trusted them because of naukri.com. 5. After that, they asked me to use one of (Debit card, credit card or net banking). 6. And then i thought that if and only if i tell them otp the money will be lost. 7. But after using net banking they sent me a pin which was not sent by sbi bank so i thought it's not a problem. 8. Next the amount debited by them. 9. Date of incident (8th november 2019) 10. Please avoid any contact with the caller in question. On basis of past complaints from jobseekers, we encourage you to be wary of emails that • Ask your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email • Do not provide a call back phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country • Ask for monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related purpose • Promise a guaranteed job • Promise emigration and ask for money to process visa, etc. Please go through our fraud alert page for further information.
