I got call from jayashri on 13th august about registration to your site which is paid part. She convinced me that i would be getting calls from recruiters. Which never happened. She said this amount will be refunded after 3 days of the interview irrespective of the result. I still have not got any acknowledgement about the charges which i paid.
Immediately i got call from rahul verma who claimed that he is working with the recruiters and he tricked me into paying the fees for eprofile 8500/- services. Again never got any acknowledgement for this amount also. He immediately stopped taking calls also after the payment is done.
When i started following up, i got some or other excuses but no acknowledgement for the payment done nor any service, not a single call from any recruiters.
I kept on doing the follow up and finally spoke with prakash on 24th august and expressed my unhappiness about the whole process also mentioned that i felt cheated. He mentioned that if i am not happy then he can cancel my services and refund can be given but the taxes which were paid on it can’t be paid back as it was paid to government.
I agreed to this and he said that the process can be done in the last week of august, which has not taken place yet.
