Dear sir/madam,
Am writing this complaint on behalf of my parents. I had book an appointment for passport service from urban clap and they had assigned a passport agent (Since my parents are senior citizens), company called nav enterprises vikas puri. When we started with them they have given option of part payment and as per that we had paid them almost half of the amount and rest after work will be finished. They never called us we had to follow them, they always make excuses. We have tried urban clap customer care but we can't get through that also. We are suffering due to their unprofessionalism. We had an emergency to get passport thing done. But now we are stack at the middle of this and don't know what to do.

Kindly see to this and please take urgent action. We have faith in you.
