Source of Luggage Booking : Bangalore (Madivala) Destination of Luggage Receiving : Visakhapatnam (Isukathota) Date of Booking : June 5th 2014 Expected Date of Arrival : Within 3 to 4 Business Days (June 10th 2014) Complaint : The luggage has not arrived yet. Each time we go to Isukathota to find out, the person in charge says that we have not received the luggage from Gajuwaka and is replying very rudely. We have items worth a lot in the bags. Please look into the issue.
