[Resolved]  Navata Road Transport — Ordered Materials Not Yet Delivered Since 2 months

Dear Sir / Mam, This is to bring to your notice / complaint on MS Navata Transport. To detail you further I had book a delivery of 35 KGs Rice Bag on 24th April 2014 with LR number :- I038036. Unfortunately still my material is not delivered and whenever I called, they respond saying you will get in 2 days, but it never happened. They always give me vague answers saying no manpower / no vehicles / we are tracking your order and most funniest part is they always saying "we will call you back", but never respond. Request you to take an immediate and respective action on the said company and help me in getting my request done. You are the only hope. Please find below the correspondence mail with Navata.
