I was travelling from Hubli to Bengalooru on 4 Jan 2021, all the tolls were able to read my vehicle's fast tag. my vehicle number is KA05MM6691, but the last toll towards Bengalooru is "NAVAYUGA BENGALOORU TOOLWAY PVT LTD" which was unable to read the fast tag and the Toll guy insisted me to pay double amount that is Rs40/-. I paid the amount as i did not want to create a traffic jam at the toll. When enquired the toll guy said that I do not have sufficient balance in my fast tag account. The Toll price was Rs20/- where in I had a balance of Rs377.59. The toll guy's have problem with their device but they put the blame on customer and charge them double the toll fee. I request you to take appropriate action against such Toll's and refund my amount which is charged extra. I am attaching previous toll receipt for reference.
