My Vodafone No. is [protected]. I have been using 3G service of your company since August, 2013, but it is very sad to say that the internet speed in my phone is very low. I am paying for 3G connection each month but most of time I get speed of 2G. I had already made complaints regarding the matter for many times but the problem has not been short out till date. You are requested either to make necessary arrangements for smooth supply of 3G internet or to convey the procedure to change the company so that I may take better 3G internet connection from any other service provider. No response has been received till date towards my complaint dated 22.09.2015 for poor 3G supply of internet on my connection No. [protected]. You are requested to look into the matter and to resolve the same for better supply of 3G internet on my phone.
