Navnit Motors — registration process of bmw 520d

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400053
Website:www.navnitmotors.com

I nishant kaushik one of your loyal customer who has recently booked a
Bmw 520 m sports in the month of june'17. Thanks to your marketing executive mr. Farman shaikh who vigorously followed up for the same with me for a long time and convinced me for booking the car.
I booked the car and made payment of 41 lakhs in june'17 and as i was travelling out of country had to make remaining payment of 11.50 lakhs on 7th july'17.
Now my concerns are as follows:-
Firstly, i was asked to pay rs.39, 000/- (Under table for rto) for registration of this vehicle on bhiwandi address during booking the vehicle and even after providing all necessary papers of bhiwandi address. I had even agreed to the same, still the registration did not happen.
Later when gst was about to get applicable from 1st july'17 and still the registration had not happened i asked mr. Farman would it make any difference to the company if i register on thane address to fasten the process. He said i will ask my senior to get in touch with you about the same concern.
I tried speaking to his manager ms. Disha several times but may be because of her busy schedule she could hardly answer my calls. When i happened to speak to her on 7th july'17 she said she would get back to me with a solution on 8th july'17 by 11am. Till date there is no phone call from her end. I have again tried calling her many times but she hasn't answered my calls. This behavior is totally unacceptable from a manager of such a reputed firm, who are actually there to help customers and are in "customer service."
After making the final payment on 7th july'17 i tried calling mr. Farman for further process, as he had earlier informed me about a new rule at rto of - 2% escalation in the registration fees.
Hence i was behind everyone for completing my registration process before the rule comes into existence.
But the sales team of your company was not serious about my problem and delayed it further after repetitive attempts from my end.
Now i receive a call stating that i have to pay 2% extra as escalation charges which comes to rs.1, 12, 000/-.
Sir i would like to know that why is a customer suffering due to the delay of procedure from your sales team when customer had made the payment on 7th july'17 and the rule got applicable from 14th july'17???
Today morning i spoke to ms. Sarika shetty and even tried to explain her my concerns but the reply is still unsatisfactory after talking for almost 30 minutes. I am sure being the business head of the company she will come up with a solution and would not lose a loyal customer who is not even in fault for all this.
Whenever a customer is buying a premium car, we expect same kind of services in return, such things make us feel cheated.
Request you to help me out with a solution.
