[Resolved]  NBPDCL — against billing on presumed consumption and non delivery of monthly bill

Dear Sir, This will refer to the consumer no 5696/MDP/05/3666. Please note that the reading of the meter for the above referred consumer number has been noted individually by your personnel approx 2 months ago.No body has come to take the reading of the meter thereafter and bill is being raised as per the assumption by your qualified employee, therefore the amount of the bill becomes beyond and behind of my monthly budget. You are requested to please intervene into the matter and please arrange to regularise the taking of reading of the meter. Also, you are requested to please arrange to deliver the monthly bill properly so that, the payment can be made in time, as i have not received any bill since June 2014.
