Ndpl — Non availability of electricity

I am a resident of swatanter nagar, Narela, Delhi. Today on date 26 Jan. 2017, There is no electricity supply in our home from morning. The same has been intimated to the Narela Ndpl office also. There is no water in my home, and my children's exams are also going on. The electricity failure has disturbed the whole day. Please send someone to rectify the fault. Please do the needful.

On 9/5/2017, around 8.30 p.m there was a sparking on the pole near E 175 Double STOREY RAMESH NAGAR, New Delhi. Since then There is no power in our house. I Lodge a complain and the complain number is [protected]. I made several reminders but no one has come for the connection of wire.
