[Resolved]  NDSL — e-kyc failure refund the amount

I applied for my pancard in ndsl website. I enclosed my all details and paid a fees from my debit card. But there is no generation of vid number and states that e-kyc sign failure you may create a new token for your physical pan card. Then again i done the same and create a new token number and paid the fees again.. This time also error occur in the page. Kindly refund my amount and proceed my pancard.
