NDTV — maintenance | |
I have bought a flat in neemrana ashadeep. Firstly i am not aware whether can a builder charge maintenance even if (Excluding the flat area) the amenities in the complex promised are still in construction, guest house etc Secondly my maintenance is less then 2500 yet the builder is charging gst etc on it is this allowed - the person concerned is saying that this rule is where rwa is formed and they dont have a rwa yet Please clarify Was this information helpful? | |

Could u advice me what should i need to do ? Because suddnely ndtv channel is not coming in my city from last two days.
They all are dont want people to see ndtv. Its showing a notification its not a part or suscribtions even it was part of too many year.
Kindly advice me.
