NDTV — non-availability of ndtv channel in dd free dish

Good morning sir/mam
With due respect i rajan kumar from nahan (Himachal pradesh) would like to logged my complaint regarding non-avilability of ndtv channel on my dd free dish from starting of this month.
Sir/mam on my part i have auto scan my dd free dish n number of times still i am not getting ndtv channel on my dd free dish, as per dd free dish channel of ndtv lies in number 45.
But same is not avilable anywhere on my free dish
Please its my kind request to sort out my issue as early as possible.
