Nedus Distributors (Indane LPG) — Refund of subsidy to my bank account

This is in regard to the refund of subsidy of supply of gas cylinders. i was receiving regular subsidy till the last purchase (27.7.2016). i did not receive any subsidy and on inquiry, i was asked to submit my aadhar card. i have already submitted the aadhar card twice (4.11.13;23.3.15). however, the distributor (nedus) refuse to acknowledge the previous submissions and are asking for a third submission. this is blatant harassment of the common public. moreover, the person handling the phone lines at the distributors' office was extremely rude in his tone and hung up before i could explain.

Therefore, it would be very helpful if this issue is addressed and i receive the subsidy as soon as possible.
