Regarding to salary & not allowed to sign the attendance register

Sir, i am working as a faculty in e.C in b.Tech in Nehru gram bharati university since 13 Sep 2013. Sir from 17 July 15 onward my new director (santosh srivastava) will not allow me to sign the attendance register. He told me to find the 10 admission for the b.Tech, but i was unable to give 10 admission, hence he will not allow me to sign the attendance register since 17 July 2015. Sir i complaint to vice chancellor but no action were...
