Neighbour — garbage near the house

Hello sir we recently owned a house and d neighbour has occupied as much space and planted trees which is destroyed but there is so much garbage around it spare parts and all.. Because of which lots mosquitoes coming in. We are scared of deadliest dengue.. Plz help us get rid of it... If we complaint she use vulgar language... Plz help i've small kids
