Neighbour — Neighbour throws garbage in front of house deliberately. | |||
Our neighbour is deliberately throwing garbage in front of our house and boutique. The person is an alcoholic, drinks lot and keeps those bottles in front of the boutique which looks bad and also never removes it, even though we have asked him a lot of times to do so!
