[Resolved] Nestaway — adding electricity fine every month | |||||
Have been paying every month to nestaway and for the past 4 months electricity power bill on time without fail. Nestaway has charged me extra 5361 as fine because some one from this building did some illegal power connection, and caught by bescom and fined. Instead of taking fine from them, nestaway is taking fine from every one in the building. They are adding amount every month in dashboard. I can provide a proof that i have paid every month for the past 6 months i have stayed in their property. I have paid directly to nestaway. They do not respond to your service request also clearly.
