They force tenants to pay one or the other charges in the name of services, and maintenance apart from what we are paying the apartment committee even though we deny this. This is also not part of the tenancy agreement signed and shared with us. Their latest method to take money is the introduction of assure services and we are asked to pay whatever they think is appropriate even though we are not availing any services.
